City Project Young Citizens Project

The aim of this project was to develop young people’s understanding of the criminal justice system. They took part in unique educational programmes that clearly explained how the court system works through interactive citizenship activities that inspire and motivate. Participants took part in workshop session based at the Galleries of Justice Museum to ensure they gain knowledge and skills of how a court works, what happens to someone when they break the law and how crime affects people.  As well as gaining valuable knowledge of the criminal justice system and the risk and consequences of crime.

We have successfully come to the end of this project and have received excellent feedback from teachers and students expressing the benefits gained from taking part in this project.
