Recycle Project

The Recycle Project was delivered through the Galleries of Justice Museum as a positive activity for young people who were at risk of getting into trouble. Our aim was to get young people involved in activities that will engage them in education, training and employment.

The young people involved in the Project worked with two creative facilitators and a local Police officer to create their own music CD. The young people were encouraged to work together and become fully involved by taking on a team-building event. They also visited music concerts to get ideas for their musical productions.

The young people gained new practical skills, learned to create their own music and edit it into a finished CD. They also gained valuable team-working skills and confidence in their ability to work on a project for a lengthy period of time.
